About MBV.TRAVEL
Private travel services powered by people.
MBV.TRAVEL is a Lisbon-based travel company providing private travel services across Portugal, Switzerland, France, and Spain.
We offer private day trips, multi-day itineraries, chauffeur services, and airport transfers for travelers who value flexibility, comfort, and local expertise.
Founded by Luiz Eduardo M. Barcellos, a tourism professional with more than 30 years of experience, MBV.TRAVEL combines a Lisbon headquarters with a trusted network of professional drivers and local guides across western Europe.
Meet the Founder
A warm welcome, wherever you are.
Olá, I’m Luiz Eduardo. For more than 30 years, travel has been both my profession and my way of connecting with people.
I began my career in tourism as a travel agent and later worked as a tour guide and private chauffeur. Each role gave me a different perspective on what travelers need — from careful planning and local knowledge to reliability, flexibility and simply knowing that someone is looking after the details.
MBV.TRAVEL grew from that experience and from a belief that good travel is about more than getting from one place to another. It is about feeling comfortable in unfamiliar places, discovering them through the people who know them, and having the freedom to experience a journey at your own pace.
Today, from our base in Lisbon, I work with a trusted network of local professionals across Europe to provide private travel services with the same principles that have guided me throughout my career: professionalism, personal attention and genuine hospitality.
